The Tecline QR Weight Pocket – Left is a practical and secure weight system designed for divers using a backplate and wing configuration. The Quick Release (QR) system allows the diver to release the weight insert instantly with one strong movement, providing fast access in an emergency while keeping the weight securely in place during normal diving.

Quick Release Weight System

The integrated Quick Release system makes removing or dropping the weight simple and intuitive. The removable insert can hold up to approximately 4 kg of diving weight, helping divers fine-tune buoyancy and distribute weight comfortably across their scuba diving equipment setup.

A movable D-ring provides an additional attachment point for accessories or can be used when configuring a stage cylinder, making the pocket especially useful for technical diving setups.

Installation

The pocket should be mounted directly to the backplate using the included short screw.

Important:
If the QR weight pocket is installed together with another accessory, such as a backplate soft pad, a longer screw is required.
