1. Scuba Diving Theory – E-learning

Start your journey anytime, anywhere! Before your in-person session, you’ll complete an engaging online learning module that covers:

• basic diving physics and physiology,

• underwater problem-solving,

• scuba gear handling and maintenance.

2. Instructor Briefing & Equipment Introduction

Once you complete the theory, you’ll meet your instructor either online or at our office in Daventry (Northamptonshire) to review key safety procedures and get familiar with the diving equipment. We’ll help you understand how to choose the right gear for warm and colder water conditions.

3. Confined Water Training

Next, you’ll head to a confined water environment to practice core diving skills, including:

• buoyancy control,

• equipment handling underwater,

• basic underwater communication,

• how to stay calm and solve issues underwater.

4. Open Water Dives – Stoney Cove

Now it’s time to apply your knowledge in real conditions! During 6 open water dives, you’ll experience the beauty and thrill of scuba diving in Stoney Cove, the UK’s premier inland dive site filled with exciting underwater attractions.
